This role is a unique opportunity for a social media leader to define and elevate a brand’s global presence across multiple platforms. The Head of Socials will develop a culturally relevant, high-impact strategy that combines creativity, analytics, and community engagement. You will create content that resonates, drives engagement, and builds a loyal audience while leading a small in‑house team. The role requires a deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and viral mechanics, as well as the ability to collaborate with external creators and agencies.

• Own and evolve the global social media strategy across platforms such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, and X.
• Define and maintain a distinctive brand voice that is fun, insightful, aspirational, and platform‑appropriate.
• Produce and oversee high‑velocity content, balancing viral moments with a consistent always‑on presence.
• Collaborate closely with external creative agencies and content creators as strategic partners.
• Lead and mentor a small in‑house social team, fostering growth and creativity.
• Use social listening and cultural signals to participate in relevant conversations in real time.
• Set clear success metrics and iterate based on performance, audience response, and engagement data.
• Balance creative experimentation with brand consistency and integrity.

• Proven experience creating or leading viral and culturally relevant social content.
• Demonstrated ownership of outcomes and accountability for results.
• Strong understanding of how content and tone vary by platform.
• Excellent editorial judgment, storytelling instincts, and content strategy skills.
• Experience working with creators, agencies, and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to clearly articulate the reasoning behind successful content.
