About The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced and commercially driven Account Director to join our US team. You'll manage key client relationships, drive account growth, and contribute to the agency's success in the US market. If you're a strategic communicator with a passion for digital marketing, especially influencer and paid social, this is your chance to shine.
Key Responsibilities- Build strong relationships with senior client teams, understand their business goals, and develop innovative influencer strategies to achieve them.
- Provide strategic insights to improve campaign performance and identify opportunities for up-sells, cross-sells, and new business wins.
- Lead and mentor the account team, ensuring they deliver exceptional client service and achieve their full potential.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insightful reports to clients.
- Push clients and the agency creatively and strategically, ensuring we're always delivering cutting-edge influencer campaigns.
- Develop and implement training plans for the account management team, both individually and as a whole.
- Lead internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams.
- Represent The Goat Agency at global All Agency Meetings.
- 6+ years of account management experience in an agency or brand environment (ideally advertising/social/creative).
- Deep knowledge of social media platforms and their ad managers.
- Proven experience leading all-agency meetings and providing team development training.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of the media landscape and the transition to digital advertising solutions.
