• Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials including articles, white papers, emails, and presentations to ensure alignment with product positioning
• Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating business objectives into clear marketing recommendations
• Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with functional marketing teams
• Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support the sales process
• Track campaign KPIs, compile performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance/property and casualty
• Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Comfortable collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
• Clear verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with multiple stakeholders

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Previous experience in business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
