Our mission is to create an elevated mind-body-spirit experience through thoughtful instruction, intentional community, and premium design-forward spaces.

• This is a full-time Marketing Manager role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Bentonville, AR, with some opportunity for remote work.
• The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and business growth.
• This includes overseeing marketing campaigns, managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and aligning strategies with company goals.
• Additionally, the Marketing Manager will lead in identifying market trends and ensuring timely and high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.

• Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, and social media management
• Proficiency in developing marketing strategies, campaign management, and team leadership
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance for actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and email marketing tools
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and effectively collaborate with remote and in-person teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus
