This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Assistant, based in Kent, WA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Marketing Assistant will assist in market research, customer outreach, and supporting marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing market data, coordinating marketing and sales efforts, and maintaining strong communication with team members and customers. The role will also involve contributing to customer service initiatives and supporting sales initiatives to drive company growth.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with team members and clients.
• Experience in Market Research to gather and analyze data for marketing strategies.
• Understanding of Sales and Sales & Marketing principles to assist with promotional and sales initiatives.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
