Position: Performance Marketing Executive (USA)
Location: Greater London

Overview

Hi there 👋 We’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom, armed with our refillable, natural and scent-sational deodorants, body wash, haircare and lip balm. We launched in 2020 and as a high-growth company, we’re already one of Europe’s fastest-growing start-ups. We’re looking for talent to join us on this journey.

The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and support us in scaling the United States campaign activation across our paid media channels. You’ll play a crucial role in driving efficient and effective digital campaigns in the US, maximising new customer acquisitions, and contributing to overall marketing success.

You’ll collaborate with in-house creative, influencer, and brand teams to spearhead our US strategy and ensure we’re executing best-in-class and market-relevant campaigns. From planning and executing to reporting and optimising, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate for this role is someone able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, wear multiple hats at once, and continually evolve their strategies to meet the needs of our prospective US audience.

This role reports into our Senior Performance Marketing Executive (USA).

Note: this is an entry-level/junior role, based at our London Office.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management:
Execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns for the US across all paid platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok, and other relevant channels. Manage campaigns to tight efficiency guardrails, including monitoring and optimising Cost of Acquisition (CAC) and other relevant KPIs.
  • Attention to detail & organisation:
Demonstrate detailed orientation and commercial acumen in campaign management and optimisation.
  • Team collaboration:
Collaborate with product, influencer, brand, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives for the US and are market-relevant.
  • Data and insights:
Conduct data analysis and use the insights to make data-backed decisions.
  • Learning & development:
Actively participate in training programs to enhance proficiency across all performance marketing platforms.
What we need from you

Look, we get it. This is a unique job, so we don’t expect you to tick every box. So, if this sounds like you – and you’re passionate about our mission – you should definitely apply.

  • Market Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the US market. Genuine passion and interest in performance marketing with a willingness to learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies.
  • Data:
An ambitious, curious, and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data. Experience with Microsoft Office tools for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Communication:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Time management & Organisation:
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience of the US market is a plus!
What you’ll get from us
  • 25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office
  • 4% Company Pension
