Client Account Manager

• Attention to detail will be incredibly important in all aspects of this role, as well as the ability to recognize trends and identify opportunities for our clients.
• Maintain and optimize our clients’ online presence, including but not limited to: responding to both positive and negative reviews, management of online listings, social media profiles, and website optimizations.
• Assist with assembling monthly reporting data for clients.
• Edit and post blog content.
• Assist with planning and coordination for in-person client events.
• Assist the Account Management team and the Director of Operations with other special projects and audits for clients, as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a top priority in this role
• Organized and resourceful, with strong attention to detail
• Have a strong sense of integrity and honestly, and are not scared to ask questions
• Must be a self-starter; able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter)
• Experience with Google Suite, Asana, Wordpress (Preferred)
• Experience with Mac Books and Apple programs (Preferred)

• Fully remote position (reliable internet required)

  Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST
• Location:
  
  Candidates located in the Central Time Zone, especially Texas, are ideal
• Compensation:
  Base pay starting at $45,000 annually + Quarterly bonuses are distributed based on company profit margin
