What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring alignment with core product positioning
  • Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating objectives into marketing recommendations
  • Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns in coordination with functional teams
  • Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers for sales enablement
  • Track campaign KPIs, compile performance summaries, and recommend optimizations based on insights
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on business insurance/property and casualty
  • Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
  • Comfortable collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Previous experience in business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
