• Draft and edit a variety of client- and sales-facing materials including articles, white papers, emails, case studies, and social posts
• Serve as the point of contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating inputs into marketing recommendations
• Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Create and update sales materials and playbooks to support the sales team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing assets on time and track campaign performance

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance/property and casualty
• Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Comfortable collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience in business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
