• Draft and edit client- and sales-facing materials, ensuring alignment with core product messaging
• Serve as the primary contact for business insurance stakeholders, translating their inputs into marketing strategies
• Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
• Create and update sales materials, playbooks, and one-pagers to support sales efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and performance reporting

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on business insurance or property and casualty
• Proven ability to implement marketing plans and campaigns effectively
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
• Strong analytical skills for collecting and organizing data to support decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder coordination

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Previous experience in business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
