• Draft and edit client- and sales-facing materials, including articles, emails, and presentations
• Engage with business insurance stakeholders to gather objectives and translate them into marketing recommendations
• Build, test, and deploy integrated marketing campaigns across various channels
• Create and update sales materials and playbooks for internal teams
• Track campaign KPIs and compile performance summaries to recommend optimizations

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in business insurance/property and casualty
• Strong ability to support and implement marketing plans effectively
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Comfortable collecting and organizing data for decision-making
• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience in business insurance/property casualty marketing roles
