Growth Lead (Time Tracking SaaS - Remote)

Location: Remote (Indonesia)
We’re building a global B2B SaaS product in the productivity / time-tracking space. The product is ready, we already have internal users, and now we’re looking for a Growth Lead to take us to scale from launch to real traction. This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape growth strategy and execution at an early‑stage startup targeting global markets. You’ll own the entire growth function from strategy to execution, working directly with the founder and development team.
You’ll be responsible for taking us from pre‑launch to our first 1,000 paying customers.
- Launch & Traction (Months 1–4)
- Plan and execute multi‑channel product launch (Product Hunt, communities, press)
- Build go‑to‑market strategy and initial growth playbook
- Set up analytics infrastructure (GA4, Mixpanel/Amplitude)
- Growth Channels (Ongoing)
- Develop and execute SEO/content strategy targeting global SMBs
- Optimize conversion funnel (landing pages, onboarding, pricing experiments)
- Run growth experiments across acquisition channels
- Launch and iterate on referral and PLG mechanics
- Content & Positioning
- Create content strategy and editorial calendar
- Brief and manage external content writers
- Review and approve all published content for quality and positioning
- Write or edit landing pages, emails, and product messaging as needed
- Analytics & Optimization
- Own all growth metrics and reporting
- Run A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments
- Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities in the funnel
- 3–5 years in B2B SaaS growth, digital marketing, or product marketing
- Strong SEO foundation: keyword research, content strategy, on‑page optimization, link building
- Funnel expertise:
Understand how to move users from awareness → activation → retention - Solid English writing:
Can write clear landing pages, emails, and briefs (native fluency not required, but strong communication is) - Data‑driven:
Comfortable with analytics tools, A/B testing, and using data to make decisions - Self‑starter:
Can work independently, prioritize, and ship without hand‑holding - Project management:
Organized, deadline‑driven, able to manage external freelancers
- Experience at 0→1 stage SaaS companies or startups
- Familiarity with Product‑Led Growth (PLG) tactics
- Background in SaaS tools like project management, CRM, or productivity software
- Hands‑on with paid acquisition (Google Ads, Facebook/Linked In Ads)
- Brand/creative marketers focused only on awareness campaigns
- Marketers who rely solely on large ad budgets to drive results
- Enterprise‑only background
- People who need detailed instructions or constant oversight
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Equity: 3–5% (4‑year vesting)
- Performance Bonus:
10–15% of base salary tied to quarterly growth milestones - Fully remote (Indonesia‑based strongly preferred for timezone alignment)
