Senior Account Manager

We’re a performance-driven digital marketing agency working with car dealerships across the U.S. Our job is simple: drive qualified traffic to the showroom and turn marketing spend into real sales.

We’re hiring an Account Manager who has lived inside a digital marketing agency and owned client relationships end to end. This is a hands-on, client-facing role. You will lead calls, interpret performance, plan campaigns, and step directly into ad platforms as needed.

This is not a coordinator role and not a junior position.

You'll be responsible for:

• Owning client relationships and being the primary point of contact.
• Leading performance review calls and day-to-day client communication.
• Analyzing Meta and Google Ads performance and translating data into clear next steps.
• Planning lead generation campaigns with clear intent, structure, and testing logic. (Meta/Google)
• Reviewing ad creative and landing pages and identifying when changes are needed.
• Coordinating execution with designers, media and internal support.

Schedule:

Remote.

Location:

9:00AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday EASTERN TIME.

Starting rates: 17/hour to 24/hour

Requirements:

• Comfortable leading live client calls and explaining performance clearly and suggesting changes backed by data.
• Recent experience working at a digital advertising agency.
• Experience owning client relationships end to end.
• Hands-on experience running or overseeing local lead generation campaigns on Meta/Google.
• Experience working with U.S.
  
  -based clients.
