You’ll work closely with internal teams and retail partners to deliver commercially strong launches—balancing creativity with precision, and strategy with flawless execution.

If you’re equal parts team player, organizer, and brand builder
, and you enjoy working in beverage alcohol where product, regulation, and storytelling intersect, this role offers meaningful impact and visibility.

this is a 12 month contract role that will require some travel to St. Catherine's Ontario for meetings monthly.

What this teammate will do
  • Lead brand strategy and annual marketing plans across a diverse GVI portfolio
  • Act as project lead for frequent launches—managing timelines, technical specs, approvals, and market readiness
  • Collaborate closely with retail partners, internal sales teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to support successful launches
  • Oversee packaging, digital, web, merchandising, promotional, and go‑to‑market execution
  • Manage marketing budgets and track program ROI, brand health, and performance metrics
  • Support pricing and commercialization strategies aligned with market realities
  • Translate consumer insights, market data, and in‑market feedback into actionable brand decisions
  • Partner effectively with agencies while keeping execution tightly organized and on track
What skills, experience and knowledge this teammate will bring
  • 5+ years of brand, commercial, or marketing experience within wine or beverage alcohol (minimum); commercial wine experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with retail partners and understanding retail execution
  • Exceptional organization and project management capability—you’re detail‑driven and execution‑focused
  • Comfort managing technical details (specs, approvals, launch readiness), not just creative concepts
  • A collaborative, team‑first mindset—you work well across functions and locations
  • A creative flair paired with strong discipline and follow‑through

Ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, high‑volume innovation environment
  • Experience with food‑grade goods, food safety, or regulated products is an asset
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Term: 12 month contract

Location: Ontario-based (may be times where meetings are in Oakville or St. Catherine’s, otherwise home office base and weekly connects with team)
