Position Summary:The Marketing & Creative Content Manager supports the execution of Cotton Council International (CCI) and COTTON USA™ marketing, communications, brand initiatives, and global events. Reporting to the Marketing, Communications & Strategic Lead, this role is responsible for hands-on content development, creative execution, and project coordination across platforms and markets.
This role blends copywriting, social media execution, creative and art direction support, and event administration. The Marketing & Creative Content Manager works closely with internal teams, external agency partners, and global stakeholders to ensure brand consistency, timely delivery, and high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, write, edit, and adapt content for social media, event messaging, sales and presentation materials, website content, and email newsletters.
- Execute and manage social media posting across designated platforms, including content calendar support and coordination with external agency partners.
- Support creative and art direction efforts for marketing initiatives, including event booth concepts, trade show assets, sales collateral, and print and digital materials.
- Coordinate creative deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and on-time delivery.
- Support marketing execution for global events including sourcing fairs, brand academies, and summits.
- Assist with event-related administrative tasks such as asset tracking, timelines, and coordination of materials.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across marketing, events, operations, and technology.
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, status updates, and shared asset libraries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, with demonstrated attention to tone, clarity, and detail.
- Experience managing and posting content across social media platforms.
- Working knowledge of creative workflows, design processes, and collaboration with designers or agencies.
- Experience supporting events, trade shows, or global marketing initiatives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional and global teams.
- Proficiency with common marketing, design, and collaboration tools, including PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
- Portfolio required, including copywriting and creative samples.
- Experience in the fashion or textile industry is a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
