Overview
We are seeking a high-energy and strategic SVP, Marketing to accelerate our agency’s visibility and presence across global markets. This senior leader will be responsible for building and executing a marketing strategy that directly fuels the agency’s growth—amplifying our brand, converting awareness into new opportunities, and strengthening client engagement.
Reporting to the Global CEO with heavy emphasis on the US and local teams in Europe and Asia, this role partners closely across Allison Worldwide with practice leaders, and global executives to elevate the agency’s market profile.
Responsibilities- Brand and Positioning:
Strengthen the agency’s position as a premier, insight-led communications partner through distinctive storytelling and consistent market presence. - Marketing Strategy:
Design and execute a global marketing strategy that builds brand equity and reputation. - Executive Thought Leadership and campaign development:
Create and oversee targeted campaigns highlighting the agency’s capabilities, work, and thought leadership—tailored to key growth sectors and geographies. - Core Materials:
Partner with agency leaders to create credentials, case studies, and various insights. - Events and Awards:
Drive the agency’s participation in high-impact industry events, sponsor ships, and award programs that enhance credibility and attract clients. - Partnerships:
Build new partnerships focused on various areas. - Data-Driven Optimization:
Use analytics to evaluate marketing ROI and refine strategies. - 360 Communications:
Develop a strategy to inform and leverage varying stakeholders through internal and external communications.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing within an agency: communications, media, or creative services environment.
- Deep understanding of integrated marketing and media relations.
- Experienced in working with C-suite leaders, shaping narratives for a global enterprise brand.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- Entrepreneurial and commercially driven, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Confident communicator and storyteller who can inspire internal and external audiences.
- Collaborative leadership style that thrives in a fast-moving, global agency environment.

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $141K-$240K. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
