Overview

About Masabi – At Masabi, we’re driving the fare payment revolution, powering the journeys of millions all over the world. We build fare collection platforms that allow riders to seamlessly buy and present tickets for public transport either on their mobile phones, from a ticket machine, or by tapping their bank card to travel. Our Justride platform is used in over 250 locations globally, including some of the largest cities in the world.

With our industry-first mobile ticketing SDK, we’ve partnered with large players in the transport space, including Uber, Moovit and Transit. Our team is a network of innovators who support each other and strive to make a difference.

Your own journey is important to us too. Choosing a role here means joining a network of innovators from all walks of life; a group of passionate individuals who consistently deliver. We’ll support you to build the career you want, whether you’re taking the direct route or trying a new path.

The Role

Marketing at Masabi helps us connect with prospects, customers and partners, and assists them in making better informed decisions about our products and services.

Marketing Executive – you’ll support campaigns, content, digital channels and events in a hands-on role suited to someone early in their marketing career, with a focus on creating high-quality assets for customer and partner activity. You’ll work closely with colleagues in the UK and US, so fluent English, reliable afternoon overlap with US time zones, and strong ownership and attention to detail are essential.

You’ll join a small marketing team of three, helping grow the brand and support the sales team as we scale globally.

Location

This role is available in a hybrid or remote model only for candidates based in the UK. While we have a preference for London-based applicants, anybody living in the UK will be considered, as long as they are comfortable commuting to our London office a few times per quarter.

About you

  • Experience running social media channels and social media advertising campaigns

  • Exposure to marketing automation (Hub Spot preferred)

  • Experience running trade show stands

  • Comfortable presenting to the team and supporting occasional external presentations

  • You may be asked to occasionally support outreach to prospects. We don’t expect you to have all of the above skills. You’ll be given the opportunity to learn anything new to you.

Nice to have
  • Experience supporting digital campaigns or managing social media accounts

  • Exposure to event planning, trade shows, or marketing operations

  • Understanding of lead generation, PPC, or content marketing

What you will learn
  • You’ll gain experience across the full B2B marketing mix: from social and digital to content, events, and PR, while working alongside a supportive team. You’ll have the chance to shape your own path, take ownership of projects, and develop deep knowledge of how marketing drives impact in a global SaaS business.
