• Review and verify the legal compliance of marketing and advertising materials across all public communication channels
• Conduct periodic compliance audits of dealership websites
• Maintain organized file systems for approved ads and supporting documentation
• Develop expertise in federal and state automobile advertising laws
• Create clear, easy-to-use compliance reference tools for marketing teams

• Advanced reading and research skills with the ability to interpret detailed information
• Strong business writing skills, including excellent spelling and grammar
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) preferred but not required
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while also working independently
• Critical thinking skills to evaluate options, identify risks, and recommend solutions

• Salary range up to $75,000 annually
