• Oversee all details of exhibitions at assigned conventions, trade shows, and recruiting events
• Ensure accurate capture and recording of leads generated from trade shows and events in CRM
• Regularly evaluate the quality and conversion rate of leads to measure trade show effectiveness
• Track expenses related to trade shows and events, calculating return on investment (ROI)
• Manage pre-show and post-show outreach campaigns, ensuring effective communication

• Minimum education:
  
  A 2-year degree or equivalent work-related experience
• At least 2 years of related work experience, preferably in coordinating conventions or trade show services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint; proficiency in Excel is desired
• Excellent administrative, writing, editing, phone, and customer service skills
• Strong creativity, judgment, and ability to work independently with a wide degree of latitude

• Prior experience in trade show services or event coordination
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and ROI analysis effectively
• Familiarity with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively
• Experience in a healthcare-related environment
