As a Google Local Service Ads Manager at 1122 Marketing, you will manage and optimize LSA campaigns for law firm clients. This role demands a deep understanding of Google Ads and Google Local Service Ads, AI‑driven algorithms, and an entrepreneurial mindset to deliver outstanding results. You will be obsessed with taking care of our clients and delivering results that impact their bottom line.
The primary KPIs are total client retention, cases signed per client, and cost per acquisition per client.
- Onboard and set up new clients' LSA accounts
- Optimize and maintain accounts to ensure they remain verified and perform at their best
- Audit account and client performance using tools like the client CRM, Call Rail, and custom internal tools and reports
- Take action based on your findings to ensure the health and efficiency of the campaigns
- Help our clients obtain more cases at an excellent cost of acquisition from LSAs
- Assist clients with review generation and intake process optimization
- Set up tracking, phone routing, message lead delivery, and message autoresponder systems
- Generate monthly performance reports for clients
- Engage regularly with clients, showing care for their success and acting accordingly
- Real‑life experience delighting clients with a service‑oriented, proactive approach
- Experience with law firms and/or working with lawyers is a plus
- Experience in account management, digital marketing, or paid advertising
- Expertise with Google Local Service Ads
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to client success
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Our founder, a former marketing director at a law firm, identified three key issues with how LSAs were run by other agencies and created a proprietary method to help law firms rank at the top and continue signing cases each month.
- Focus on the wrong metrics: many agencies prioritize clicks, impressions, and rankings—what we call "chicken‑shit" metrics. What matters to law firms is how many new cases they sign each month and the cost of acquiring a new case.
- Limited agency involvement: many agencies blame clients for poor performance. We act as an extension of our clients’ intake, marketing, and operations teams to ensure everything that impacts LSA performance is optimized.

- Annual Salary of $70k‑$90k based on experience
