Directive Consulting is a performance marketing agency specializing in SaaS and tech companies. Our unique marketing methodology, Customer Generation, prioritizes generating SQLs and customers over traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer paid media, SEO, performance creative and design, video, revenue operations, and strategy services to help clients hit their SQL targets.

Associate Directors are the most important people y are directly responsible for client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L.

• Goal Setting:
  Directly responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in their pod.
• Best Practices:
  Ensure every client follows best practices across all channels. Key areas include:
  • LTV:
    
    CAC modeling
  • Customer Generation
  • Share of SERP
  • Functional Content
• Breakdown Barriers:
  Understand approval moments and support strategists in earning a yes. Ensure roadblocks are addressed in every 1x1 conversation and create an action plan to remove them.
• Accountability:
  Build structure, create cadence, support proactively, and empower the team with clear communication and expectation setting.

• NSM Attainment: 100%
• CSAT: 4.2+
• Bookings: $150k for each half‑year (total across pod for H1)

Base salary: $100,000 - $135,000 USD (US) with potential bonus eligibility. Benefits include
