Dillas Quesadillas is looking for a #Contract Social Media Coordinator. We’re looking for an Ace who’s hands‑on and self‑directed with 2+ years of experience concepting, shooting, editing, and posting content across social media channels (Tik Tok, Meta, and Linked In, to name a few).
The Ideal Candidate :- Can commit 5 - 15 hours on Dillas per week (with flexibility week to week)
- Has 2+ years of experience in content management and creation: photos, videos/reels, graphics, caption drafts, etc.
- Has 1+ year of reporting: paid and organic performance tracking
- Has experience with brand community management: responding to comments/DM, feedback, reviews, etc.
- Has worked with a SMMP:
Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Social Bee, etc. - Willing to partner with restaurant Operators on content creation: not afraid to get in the kitchen and work alongside the Team.
- Loves queso or is at least a little cheesy!
- Bonus:
Influencer management experience is a plus
This position will work directly with the Sr. Brand & Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and analyze the social media presence for Dillas Quesadillas. The Social Media Coordinator is a hybrid position . This role will spend time working from home (mostly), with scheduled in‑restaurant shoots and a weekly meeting at the Primo Support Office in Dallas (PSO).
Preferred Background:- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Restaurant or Retail experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong creative skills:
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Cap Cut, etc.
