As the Marketing Manager
, you’ll help create the magic behind the scenes as a part of our Corporate division. We are looking for a strategic, hands-on professional to lead cross-channel marketing efforts to keep our seasonal audiences engaged year-round. This role is ideal for a B2C marketing generalist with experience in remote teams and turning big picture strategies into actionable plans that drive measurable units.

Our Marketing Manager will also:

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies and execution across multiple channels, including email, SMS and social
  • Lead up to 5 marketing team members in the day-to-day operations, ensuring strong communication, accountability and performance
  • Create and manage loyalty and data-driven retention campaigns to improve customer acquisition, increase lifetime value and maintain engagement outside the peak season
  • Translate strategic direction into clear marketing plans, timelines and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
  • Account manage B2B client communications by helping to convey strategy, updates and results.
  • Assist with analytics and reporting, using data to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Provide actionable recommendations
  • Oversee content development, including copywriting, email marketing, landing pages and promotional materials
  • Lead email marketing programs, including segmentation, automation, and performance reporting
  • Partner with Business Development, Operations and Leadership to support key initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Ability to work under pressure in a remote setting and meet strict deadlines on multiple projects
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills
  • Growth in lead generation and customer engagement metrics
  • Demonstrated success driving online revenue growth, including customer acquisition, conversion optimization and lifecycle marketing across digital channels
  • Strong knowledge of cross-channel marketing and audience engagement strategies
  • Proven campaign ROI and conversion performance

Knowledge, Experience & Skill

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
  • Experience with B2C seasonal business marketing and loyalty programs
  • Experience in new brand launch or ongoing brand growth strategies, particularly in businesses with a digital subscription model
  • Experience with Hubspot
