Join Our Team as an Affiliate Manager at Motive Interactive!
Your Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for sourcing and managing affiliates and publishers for our events and activities. This involves identifying potential partners, negotiating agreements, and fostering strong relationships to drive traffic and revenue.
Continuously monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and meet KPIs. Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
Keep abreast of industry trends, developments, and best practices in online and mobile advertising, lead generation, and arbitrage media buying. Apply this knowledge to enhance our affiliate program and stay ahead of the competition.
Your Profile:
Proven experience in affiliate management or a related field is essential. You should have a strong understanding of creative online and mobile based traffic sources.
Familiarity with online and mobile advertising concepts, including ad formats, targeting options, and tracking mechanisms, is crucial for success in this role.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills are helpful to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum performance and profitability.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills are key to successfully recruiting and managing affiliates and publishers. You should be able to communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with external stakeholders.
