Overview
We are seeking a Site Merchandising and Marketing Associate to help optimize and enhance the online shopping experience on our retail e-commerce site. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce merchandising and marketing, performance analysis, exceptional attention to detail and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate has experience with Shopifys headless platform, is comfortable analyzing key website KPIs, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
WorkArrangement
This is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our Los Angeles office.
What Youixed You Between What Youixed You Between- Merchandise and manage product listings on the e-commerce site, ensuring an engaging and seamless shopping experience.
- Schedule and maintain all marketing assets on site.
- Set up and QA promotions on site before final review.
- Analyze key website KPIs and A/B test results to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Implement data-driven recommendations to improve site performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and development teams to align site merchandising with brand initiatives.
- Learn and adapt to new tools and platforms quickly to enhance site functionality and efficiency.
- Stay informed on e-commerce trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to drive innovation.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and marketing, preferably with retail brands.
- Experience working with Shopify and their suite of tools including discounts and product catalog management.
- Experience with Algolia or similar merchandising tools preferred.
- Experience with Builder.io or similar headless asset management tools preferred.
- Experience with Asana or similar project management tools preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, assess A/B test results, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000 -$85,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.
