Daily tasks

People Acquisition/Recruitment:

• Conduct outreach to individuals, organizations, and potential partners
• Generate and qualify leads through email, Linked In, and other platforms.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM tools.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages.
• Support in growing followers and improving brand visibility across platforms.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing posts.
• Draft newsletters, outreach messages, and marketing emails.
• German speaking will be a plus point (Assist in preparing basic German-language posts or captions with translation support if needed).

People Management:

• Good command of English (verbal and written).
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva).
• Basic understanding of lead generation and outreach strategies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1+ year of experience are encouraged to apply.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Ability to work independently and remotely with a stable high-speed internet connection and suitable equipment (laptop/headset).
