• Manage quantitative research projects autonomously, delivering strategic insights for healthcare brands

• Create compelling data visualizations and insight stories to drive marketing strategies

• Minimum of 4 years of experience managing quantitative research projects
• Strong management skills with the ability to lead and coach team members
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and deliver quality work on time
• Experience with in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of health-related brands and market dynamics
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment; candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones strongly preferred

• Proactive and highly motivated with a strong desire to drive business growth
• Expert critical thinking skills with the ability to present solutions to leadership
• Strong presentation and data visualization skills to effectively communicate findings
