The Role
Role: Account Manager
Department: Client Delivery – AM Team
Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

Work Location & Flexibility: Hybrid/Remote. We’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.
DURATION: Permanent, Full Time. Monday to Friday 9am‑5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).
Package: Starting from £34,001 + Benefits. We’re proud to be a B Corp certified and Real Living Wage employer, publishing salaries for transparency.
- Build strong, healthy client relationships, becoming their primary point of contact and advocate.
- Oversee external KPI targets, ensuring they are met monthly and are accountable for performance.
- Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams, ensuring strategy and tactics align to achieve measurable results.
- Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from team recommendations to executive‑level updates.
- Create strategic digital roadmaps to gain buy‑in from client stakeholders, from C‑suite to digital marketing executives.
- Deliver impactful Business Reviews that highlight opportunities for cross‑channel collaboration.
- Strong communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborates with cross‑functional teams while also being comfortable operating independently.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Possesses excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
