Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for an Online Coordinator located in Semarang. The Online Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing online communication channels, coordinating online sales processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing online projects. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with team members to meet organizational goals and improving online presence and customer engagement.

- Excellent Customer Service skills to address customer inquiries and enhance satisfaction.

- Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
