Sales And Marketing Specialist

Astreem Consulting is expanding, and we are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales and Marketing Specialist to support our international growth initiatives. This role focuses on identifying and engaging Singapore-based business owners who are interested in expanding their brands overseas by leveraging Singapore government grants and Astreem’s proven market expansion expertise.

You will be trained on relevant Singapore grants and Astreem’s expansion frameworks, and you will develop marketing materials and campaigns that communicate how local brands have successfully grown overseas with Astreem’s support. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in the Indonesia.

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as networking sessions, brand showcases, workshops, and talks
• Support community-building initiatives with franchisors, industry professionals, and business partners
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns that support brand visibility and lead engagement
• Manage event communications, registrations, and post-event follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution
• Contribute ideas to improve brand positioning and engagement strategies
• Support content and social media efforts related to events and community activities
• Conduct and coordinate video podcasts with various experts and practitioners

• Strong command of the English language - both verbal and written
• Experience in marketing, events, or community management
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable engaging with founders, business owners, and partners
• Able to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in franchising, F&B, fitness, or professional services is a plus, but not required
