Director, Marketing; REMOTE

Overview

Director, Marketing for Radiometer – accelerate life sciences, diagnostics, biotechnology. Remote, part of Marketing Department, United States. Reports to VP/GM Radiometer North America Commercial. Build world‑class commercial organization.

• Develop marketing strategy and plan across product lines, increase revenue, market share, and profitability.
• Lead product placement, positioning, and messaging. Oversee market research, competitive analysis, customer needs, pricing strategies, forecasting, market surveys.
• Provide strategic direction, integrated marketing strategies, advertising, promotions, collateral creation and management.
• Direct product (ABL, TC, Service, AQURE) and inside sales teams, target functional KPIs.Run company communications, advertising, sales promotion program, product training in accordance with MAPSS, and lead local MAPSS training/education, compliance.
• Manage resources and budget for all programs with proactive communication and problem solving.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or STEM; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years marketing experience in medical diagnostics.
• Experience in digital transformation, innovation, IoT, medical device, multi‑year upstream marketing strategy, new product launches, execution, CRM, ERP, Qualtrics.
• Success in driving business growth through marketing plans, product launches, ongoing programs, messaging.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, project management, sense of urgency, customer focus, adaptive to change, ability to lead without authority.
• Experience leading teams, metric/data driven results.
• 30% travel, lift 40 lbs.

• Sales, laboratory & immunoassay experience.

Competitive salary $180,000‑$200,000, bonus/incentive pay, comprehensive benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k). Remote work arrangement available.
