We are looking for a driven and creative Marketing Coordinator to help us execute high-impact campaigns. This role is based primarily in our Birmingham office because we believe high performance happens when we collaborate, share energy, and move fast together. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a key role in promoting our national events (like the Live Unreal Retreat) and supporting our elite coaching.
Key Responsibilities- Event Travel & Execution: Travel to 2-4 major national events per year (Retreats, Summits, and Roadshows) to manage on-site logistics, capture live social content, and ensure the event runs flawlessly.
- Social Media Management: Own the content calendar for Glover U. Create high-energy posts, Reels, and stories that engage our community and highlight our coaches.
- Email & SMS Campaigns: Build and deploy targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive leads, nurture prospects, and communicate with our coaching members.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics for social, email, and events to report on what’s working and where we can improve.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with printers and external vendors to ensure event materials are delivered on time and on brand.
- Experience: 1-3 years of marketing experience (Real Estate industry experience is a major plus).
- Content Creation Tools: Proficiency in Canva is required. You must be comfortable creating on-brand social graphics and simple flyers independently.
- Marketing Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms (IG, FB, Linked In) and email marketing best practices.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you can write copy that actually converts.
- Organization: You are detailed-oriented and can manage multiple event timelines without missing a beat.
- Attitude: You have a "whatever it takes" mentality and are eager to learn from the best in the business.

Experience with
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). - Video Editing: Ability to edit short-form video content (Reels/Tik Toks).
