This is a full-time role located at the radio stations B95, CK105.5, Z 92.7, WIOG and WHNN in Flint, MI, with some flexibility for remote work. The Radio/Digital Account Executive will build and maintain strong client relationships, develop and execute tailored sales strategies, and present compelling sales pitches. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, identifying new revenue opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions across radio and digital platforms.

Additionally, the Account Executive will monitor campaign performance to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction.

• Strong Sales and Account Management skills to cultivate relationships and drive revenue growth
• Proficiency in Sales Presentations and ability to deliver impactful pitches to clients
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and clients
• Experience in Digital Marketing and implementing integrated marketing solutions
• Goal-driven mindset with proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and achieving sales targets
• Familiarity with the media industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
