We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join our in-house integrated, onsite agency team.
You will be supporting a high-profile automotive client and joining a high performing team, playing a hands-on role in delivering integrated always-on, product launch, campaign activity, across digital social and eCRM.
Working closely with the team you will help keep the account running smoothly, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, compliantly and to consistently high standards.
Ideally, you will have gained experience in a similar Account Executive/Marketing Executive role, and you’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast moving environment. Experience of working within the automotive sector would be an advantage.
This role offers hybrid remote working, with the expectation of working from the client’s site in Basildon, Essex twice a week,and our London office once a week.
THE DAY TO DAYAct as a trusted day to day point of contact for stakeholders across the client business.
Support the Account Manager with quality assurance and accurate development and delivery of ongoing marketing campaigns.
Build strong relationships the client and 3rd party marketing portal team, working alongside them to optimise campaigns.
Create and own status reports, deliver quality task briefs, project timelines, contact reports and actions, across multiple work streams.
Be a brand guardian – own the adoption and compliance of internal processes designed to adhere to on-brand standards, fit for delivery.
Support the client services team by producing monthly campaign engagement and performance reports.
Develop an understanding of the agency finance process and routes for profitability.
Demonstrate an understanding of the brand, the target audience, levels of engagement and the competitor set.
Showcase continual interest in industry-leading ideas and proactively share emerging trends.
Previous experience as an Account Executive within a marketing agency or in-house integrated team.
An understanding of integrated campaign delivery across multiple projects and channels
You’ll be collaborative by nature and a natural communicator.
Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity in large organisational set-ups
Excellent presentation style with excellent attention to detail and administration skills
An ability to work autonomously, manage your own time as well work as part of a team.
You’ll be an organised and proactive operator, with a drive to always be one-step ahead.
Energy and enthusiasm, demonstrating a desire to learn and develop quickly in the role.
Experience working on an automotive brand, dealer network (or similar regulated category) would be an advantage.
