Marketing Manager
Location:
West Los Angeles (Hybrid Schedule)
Compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 Great benefits
Position OverviewA well-established hospitality organization is seeking a Marketing Manager to support its marketing team with a strong focus on project management and execution. Reporting to a senior marketing leader, this role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional with strong technical and communication skills.
This position operates in a hybrid environment, combining work-from-home flexibility with in-office presence as needed. The role will also involve participation in off-site events and other remote activities.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage all marketing projects from intake through completion, including the development of milestone calendars and timelines
- Monitor project progress, generate status reports, and communicate updates to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage communication with external vendors, ensuring timely feedback and seamless execution
- Assist with onboarding new vendors, platforms, and tools used by the marketing department
- Submit project-related invoices and track payment status
- Facilitate weekly marketing planning meetings, proactively identifying risks, roadblocks, and budget considerations
- Organize and maintain department files, assets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Compile monthly reports using project data and input from cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain familiarity with the local business community and attend relevant community and industry events
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience working on an advertising agency account team strongly preferred
- High proficiency in Asana and project management workflows; familiarity with agile methodologies required
- Scrum Master certification is a plus
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Mac-based applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- CRM experience a plus
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong customer service and business etiquette
