Job DescriptionThe Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across a range of industries and platforms. This person will work closely with our project managers, strategists, and creative team to bring ideas to life—coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and keeping everything (and everyone) moving in the right direction. This is an opportunity to learn the inner workings of an agency environment and grow within a high-performing, entrepreneurial team.
Responsibilities- Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and assets across multiple clients and projects
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of digital and social media content
- Support paid advertising efforts including campaign setup, reporting, and optimization tracking
- Conduct market, competitor, and trend research to inform creative and strategic decisions
- Maintain organized project documentation and ensure brand consistency across all channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to support website updates, email campaigns, and marketing automation flows
- Monitor campaign performance and compile metrics into regular reports
- Manage influencer, ambassador, and partnership communication and logistics as needed
- Contribute ideas and creative input in team brainstorms and strategy sessions
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a related role (agency experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Workspace, Asana (or similar PM software), and Meta/Google Ads Manager
- Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube, etc.)
- Basic understanding of creative processes—design, copy, video, and digital production
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Love connecting dots between strategy and creativity
- Think clearly under pressure and find solutions before problems arise
