Role ProfileThe Channel Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for helping to manage the inventory of marketing materials to support the North American business, managing the administration of a select group of marketing programs and helping to support sales and marketing operations reporting.
This is a part-time remote position.
Responsibilities- Maintain the upkeep of on-line customer portal system
- Maintain the upkeep of internal central customer data system that feeds our digital tools
- Assist with the administration of a select group of marketing programs
- Maintain relationships with key merchandising suppliers
- Enter purchase requisitions and process related invoices after completion of work
- Manage marketing point of sale material inventory levels to maintain appropriate in stock levels
- Required Education
:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. - Required Experience
:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, inside sales role or project management. Performance Films experience is preferred. - Ability to manage projects to meet budget and deliverable expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to dig into problems and understand the root cause
- Skilled in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Compensation
:
The base salary range for this position is $32,000 to $44,000. Eastman includes salary ranges in some job postings to provide clear compensation information and to be compliant with state laws that require disclosure. Not all postings display ranges due to factors like location, market conditions, or position specifics. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.
