We enable brands to easily discover, evaluate, and book the ideal locations for activations, events, and pop-ups. At the same time, we empower landlords with intuitive tools to manage their portfolios efficiently. Trusted by major players such as Migros, Coop, Swiss Post, and Wincasa, Spacewise supports activations for some of the world’s most recognized brands. To support our growth, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who will shape how our product is positioned, communicated, and brought to market.

Tasks

As Product Marketing Manager, you will own our product messaging and go-to-market execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact across all customer touchpoints. You will work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and revenue growth. Specifically, you will:

Product Messaging & Positioning:
Develop clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions that communicate product benefits and customer value.

Go-to-Market Execution:

Lead go-to-market launches for new features in close collaboration with Product, including messaging frameworks, email campaigns, landing pages, and sales materials.

Sales Enablement:
Create and maintain sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, competitive comparisons, and client-specific materials to support Sales and Account Management.

Website Content Ownership:
Own the structure, quality, and messaging of the website, including new pages, feature pages, and CRO-driven content improvements.

Onboarding & Help Content:
Produce or oversee onboarding and help center content such as Freshdesk articles, guides, and walkthrough scripts to support product adoption.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with Sales to understand localisation and asset needs, and with Product to stay aligned with the roadmap and user benefits.

Campaign & Social Support:
Provide input for social media posts and campaign content related to product launches and updates.

Requirements

You are a strategic thinker who enjoys execution and collaboration in a fast-moving environment. Ideally, you bring the following:

  • Experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a similar role
  • Strong ability to translate product features into clear customer value
  • Experience working closely with Product and Sales teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style
  • Comfort managing multiple stakeholders and parallel projects
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on impact and conversion
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Fluency in English;
    German is a strong plus, French is an advantage
