Sportona is a dynamic, growing platform changing the way sports coaches and students connect and grow. We believe in empowering communities and enriching sports experiences through innovative, gamified tools. As we expand, we’re searching for a passionate, creative Content Creator Apprentice to join our team and make a real impact. While this role is remote based, there will be instance you may need to report to Crown Automation office based in University of Bradford, Innovation Hub.

We’re looking for recent marketing graduates or those who’ve completed Level 2 studies in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field. This apprenticeship is ideal for aspiring digital marketers who are ready to jump into a hands-on role, learning the ins and outs of content creation and digital marketing.

As a Content Creator Apprentice at Sportona, you’ll receive deep-dive training across all areas of content creation. From ideation to execution, you’ll gain valuable experience in social media, blog writing, video content, email campaigns, and more, working alongside experienced professionals who will guide and mentor you every step of the way.

• Develop, create, and publish engaging content for Sportona’s social media platforms, blog, and website.
• Assist in content calendar planning, helping ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new content ideas aligned with our brand and goals.
• Learn and apply SEO best practices to increase the visibility and effectiveness of content.
• Support email marketing campaigns, contributing to copywriting, design, and audience targeting.
• Assist with analytics and reporting to track content performance and refine strategies.

• Recently completed a Level 2 course or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Passion for digital marketing, content creation, and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In) and their best practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn, take on challenges, and develop professionally.
