Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Expertise in digital marketing platforms, including search engines, social media platforms, and programmatic channels
• Strong skills in campaign analytics, data interpretation, reporting, and performance-based optimization
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign experimentation to enhance campaign performance
• Understanding of content marketing strategies, SEO, and audience engagement
• Excellent project management, communication, and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
