Overview

Sales & Marketing Coordinator Velociti, LLC | Riverside, MO Pay Range $50,000 - $65,000. Are you highly organized, tech-savvy, and eager to support sales and marketing efforts that drive real results? Velociti is seeking aSales & Marketing Coordinator to help keep our campaigns, systems, and events running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and collaboration—and who wants to grow their skills within a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.

You’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role supporting CRM accuracy, campaign execution, event logistics, and cross-team communication.

What You’ll DoSales Operations Coordination
  • Maintain and update Salesforce (or designated CRM) records to ensure clean, accurate data
  • Assist with basic reports and dashboards for leadership and sales teams
  • Triage incoming leads from Hub Spot, website forms, and other channels to ensure timely follow-up
  • Build, update, and track Salesforce campaigns and associated email journeys
  • Monitor lead activity and campaign impact through standard CRM reports
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and track milestones for new accounts
  • Support sales pipeline tracking in collaboration with Account Executives and Sales Representatives
Marketing & Events Support
  • Schedule and update social media posts and website content using provided tools and templates
  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, industry events, and webinars, including ordering, shipping, and registration tracking
  • Maintain marketing and campaign calendars to track timelines and dependencies
  • Support content distribution across social, email, and sales enablement platforms
  • Upload, organize, and maintain digital marketing assets in the CMS or shared libraries
Administrative & Project Coordination
  • Track marketing tasks, campaign progress, and deadlines to support smooth execution
  • Maintain shared calendars, timelines, and asset libraries for team visibility
  • Assist with documenting and improving recurring marketing and sales processes
  • Support communication with external vendors and contractors
  • Collaborate across teams to keep projects aligned with campaign goals

  • Accuracy and timeliness of CRM and content system updates
  • Effective coordination and completion of marketing and event tasks
  • Clear, responsive communication with internal teams and vendors
  • Reliable execution of assigned sales and marketing support activities
  • Organized maintenance of campaign tools, asset libraries, and tracking documents
What You Bring

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform
  • Experience using social media scheduling tools or basic CMS platforms (Word Press, Hub Spot, etc.)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Commitment to upholding company values

Preferred

  • Experience in B2B environments, logistics, technology, or sales support roles
  • Exposure to marketing automation, AI tools, or marketing technology platforms
  • Experience with email tools, campaign trackers, or design platforms
  • Basic graphic design experience (Adobe Express, Canva)
