Branding & Regional Marketing Coordinator

Are you passionate about storytelling, culture, and connecting people through meaningful marketing? Office Beacon is looking for a hands-on Employer Branding & Regional Marketing Coordinator to bring our global employer brand to life in South Africa.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and manage regional social media content calendars aligned with Office Beacon’s brand voice (Linked In, Instagram, and more).
• Highlight team culture, employee stories, office events, and local moments that make us unique.
• Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to promote hiring campaigns and celebrate workplace milestones.
• Coordinate and capture engaging content from events, including photos and testimonial videos.
• Support local office branding with materials such as banners, posters, and signage.
• Act as the regional bridge between HR, Marketing, and Operations for localized communications.
• Track and report on social engagement, content performance, and event participation to help shape our global strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
• 2–4 years’ experience in employer branding, internal communications, marketing, or social media
• Strong storytelling skills — written, visual, and verbal
• Highly organized with excellent project and deadline management
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across time zones
• Tech-savvy:
  Canva, Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (Asana preferred)
• Passion for people, culture, and community-building
• Understanding of regional tone and cultural nuance in communication
