Your Role
The Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategies and events for our Swine BU. The role helps to drive brand awareness, customer relationships and acquisition, revenue growth, etc. The Regional Marketing Manager will execute and ensure that the global marketing objectives are effectively localized to reflect regional market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. The role will also work cross-functionally with sales, production, product and central marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns, and to strengthen the company’s presence within the assigned region (North and South America).
This position is a remote based role (ideally in the Midwest, USA) and travelling throughout the region to collaborate with teams and clients.
ResponsibilitiesExecute regional/local marketing plans based on global marketing strategy and in alignment with the region GMs
Ensure localization of global campaigns & collaterals (language, culture, producer type), including distributor communications
Manage local, regional/global trade shows, events (logistics, materials, and team coordination) and local media following the global brand guidelines
Manage local marketing projects
Collect local market insights & competitor intelligence to feed back into global strategy, and presents market data to key internal/external stakeholders
Collect local trial data and customer success stories to support global swine marketing initiatives and strategic messaging
Define local sales training needs with the support of sales leaders and ensure that specific sales tools are developed
Regularly complete product sales analysis and make recommendations for corrective measures
