Pretium is seeking a strategic and creative Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of content initiatives that support our brand, sustainability initiatives, product marketing, and customer engagement efforts in print, digital and event media. This role will be instrumental in shaping our messaging across digital and traditional channels, ensuring consistency, clarity, and alignment with business goals. Content will conform to a brand style guide and market-focused strategy that supports the commercial team and allows them to put forth a unified message across media and platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage a comprehensive content strategy that supports product launches, sales enablement, and brand awareness across multiple end market segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Market Strategy, Sales, Sustainability and Engineering) to gather insights and translate technical information into compelling content.
- Create and maintain editorial calendars for web, email, social media, and trade event communications to leverage content.
- Optimize content for SEO, user experience, and lead generation.
- Audit and refresh legacy content to align with current brand standards and market positioning, and manage the versioning of presentation materials so Key Account Managers have easy access to approved branded content.
- Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure brand voice and tone are consistent across all platforms and materials.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Experience with digital marketing, including email campaigns, social media, and website content.
- Experience engaging with advertising and marketing agencies, graphic designers and other contributors to the creative process.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, product development cycles, and technical documentation is a plus.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
