Overview
The Marketing Content Specialist will play a pivotal role in enhancing content management, content creation, and website performance to drive the global presence of CLARK. This position will serve as a key global resource, supporting affiliate content creators to ensure effective website performance and cohesive content management across all CLARK digital platforms. This role will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies, ultimately boosting the reputation of CLARK.
By ensuring a positive user experience on all CLARK websites, the Marketing Content Specialist will significantly contribute to the company’s digital marketing efforts and the enhancement of its online presence globally.
Location:
This position is located onsite in our Flower Mound, TX office. This position does not offer remote work.
- Manage high-quality content for the CLARK websites to help ensure consistency and engagement while strengthening the CLARK brand.
- Promote CLARK products within content (written, video, audio, etc.) to highlight CLARK's offerings and strengthen CLARK’s product position.
- Assist with content creation for product launches, coordinating the release of new content effectively.
- Conduct regular website analyses to ensure content is current, accurate, and optimized for performance and websites are functional.
- Collect and analyze website data, managing KPI reports within Power BI to track performance and identify improvement areas.
- Utilize Content Management Systems (CMS) to upload, format, and publish content, providing additional support for affiliates as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, public relations, finance, operations, etc.) to align content with overall business strategy.
- Maintain and adhere to the Global CI Manual, including brand and content guidelines, governance frameworks, and workflows to streamline processes.
- Research and write articles on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to keep content relevant and informative.
- Generate content for various digital platforms, including webpages, blog articles, social media posts, and newsletters to enhance digital outreach.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats to maximize reach across diverse digital channels.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience with a strong portfolio showcasing successful content projects and campaigns.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for creating compelling, error-free content across digital platforms.
- Experience in content strategy and management, including developing content calendars and governance frameworks.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with different teams from different regions globally.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) for content publishing and management.
- Proficiency in SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to analyze website performance, track SEO metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create visual content assets is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the USA without any sponsorship nor OR in the future.
