About the Role
We're looking for an outgoing, creative, and relationship-driven Community Engagement & Social Media Manager to help represent Crumbl in the Latham and Clifton Park communities. This role is all about connection-building local relationships, driving off-site sales opportunities, and engaging our audience through social media and community presence. If you love Crumbl, enjoy meeting people, and know how to turn community moments into meaningful engagement (online and offline), this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community partners
- Drive off-site sales opportunities, events, and catering partnerships within the community
- Represent the Crumbl brand at local events, pop-ups, and community initiatives
- Manage and grow Crumbl's local social media presence through engaging, on‑brand content
- Create, schedule, and post social media content that educates, excites, and connects with the community
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Identify new community opportunities that increase brand awareness and sales
- Track engagement, outreach efforts, and performance tied to commission‑based goals
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Background in business representation, community outreach, sales, or partnerships is preferred
- Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
- Creative mindset with an eye for content that drives engagement
- A genuine love for Crumbl and enthusiasm for representing the brand 🍪
- Schedule:
Part‑time or full‑time (negotiable) - Compensation:
