Heavenly Heat Saunas is a high-performance, fast-growing health company with a clear focus (since 1988) on offering the healthiest home saunas in the world. Their uncompromising standard of using zero wood glues or adhesives has unofficially earned them to be the gold standard of clean saunas. They are expanding into other product categories, and looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented Jr. Social Media Manager to support the company’s social media, production, and affiliate marketing efforts.

This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone with a year or two of experience who is creative, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. No prior professional experience required. Austin, Texas based is a plus. Remote workplace environment or hybrid.

  • Full-time (or 3 month contractor position with hope to convert to FTE with full benefits, bonus incentives, etc.
  • Pay: TBD based on experience ($3,400-$5,000/mo; or $40K-$60K salary)

    Company is based in Austin, TX but much of the team is remote. This position has flexibility to be a work from home position or a hybrid
Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with creating, managing and posting content across social media accounts
  • Help plan, schedule, and organize content across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, X, etc.)
  • Maintain social media calendars, trackers, and performance reports
  • Support affiliate and partner social initiatives by organizing assets and tracking posts
  • Research trends, competitors, and content ideas in health and wellness
  • Help repurpose content across platforms and formats
  • Monitor engagement, comments, and messages as assigned
  • Assist with light administrative tasks related to social media and partnerships
  • Participate in test projects and exercises (see application project below)
Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Recent college graduate (no prior experience required)
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, or brand building
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms
  • Ability to follow instructions, manage deadlines, and adapt quickly
  • Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or longevity is a plus
