About the Role
Engagement Type:
Outsourced Contractor (via third-party agency)
Location:
Ireland (remote work )
Contract Duration: 12 months (with potential for renewal)
Responsibilities- Develop and execute PR and social media strategies aligned with Ireland market objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with local Irish media, key influencers, and industry partners.
- Lead PR initiatives including press releases, media pitches, and local events.
- Collaborate closely with local brand management and cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency and business alignment.
- Monitor and engage with Irish audiences across social platforms, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Stay current with local market trends, platform updates, and PR best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in PR, communications, or influencer relations—ideally in consumer electronics, and tech industries.
- Strong network of Irish media and influencers. Has relationships with the following media, but not limited to:
Irish Mirror, Irish Star, Irish Independent, Irish Times, Irish Examier, Smart Home Tested , Irish Tech News, Tech Talk Radio show, - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Irish media tone familiarity preferred).
- Experience managing events and product launches end-to-end.
- Agile, adaptable, and proactive—capable of working with cross-culture stakeholders.
