Account Coordinator, Paid Social

Employer Industry: Digital Marketing and Technology Services

• Implement Paid Social campaigns by creating schedules, organizing data, and tracking progress.
• Collect, analyze, and process large amounts of data for reporting purposes.
• Manage workflow to ensure timely project delivery.
• Craft clear and compelling communications for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of Paid Social channels including Meta Ads, Tik Tok, and Snapchat.

• Minimum of 6 months’ paid social experience, with proficiency in Meta Ads; familiarity with Tik Tok and Snapchat is a bonus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables.
• Proven experience in a production-oriented or similar role.
• High level of independence and curiosity, with a desire for skill development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Energetic and creative search marketing enthusiast eager to learn and grow.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter mentality, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends.
