Logitech is proud to support a hybrid/remote work culture. To ensure stellar customer service and partner care, this is a full‑time remote role open to multiple US locations, preferably those near a major airport hub due to travel requirements.

This role requires travel for internal meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows as needed.

The Team and Role

As the Marketing Manager, Education, you will develop, activate, report on, and continually improve the performance of integrated marketing initiatives that increase Logitech revenue in the Education segment, while helping to mature our marketing processes and operations.

As a key member of the North America Logitech for Business (L4B) Marketing Team, you will build and execute a marketing strategy for both direct and indirect channels. The direct strategy will be built upon focus areas defined by leadership, leveraging content, messaging, and programs from central functions or self‑generated, and addressing the unique needs of the Direct Engagement Public Sector sales team.

The channel strategy will serve the capabilities, constraints, and business objectives of priority Education channel partners. Programs may include to‑channel tactics such as enablement, training, and incentives, as well as through‑channel tactics such as advertising, email, and events.

You will present and garner buy‑in for a proposed plan of activities, continually measure and evaluate ROI, other KPIs, and pursue innovation and continual improvement.

This role requires a collaborative, team player who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment. You must manage multiple projects, move with a sense of urgency, and navigate a matrixed organization.

Your Contribution
  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for the direct engagement and channel sales and engineering teams selling into the education segment.
  • Proactively design a quarterly and annual marketing plan and key performance indicators, inclusive of direct and channel programs aligned with business priorities and sales objectives.
  • Work with channel partners to design on‑ and through‑marketing programs that increase Logitech's mindshare for education, ultimately driving revenue through the partner with end customers.
  • Submit quarterly and ad‑hoc proposals for budget and manage vendor payments and internal finance processes.
  • Customize and localize campaigns and messaging from central marketing for the education market and execute those customizations quickly.
  • Engage and support priority channel partners—defined by revenue data and Public Sector Sales Leaders—and the Logitech channel account managers assigned to those partners.
  • Deliver regular communications to channel partners about Logitech’s solutions for education, including newsletters, a Public Sector Channel Summit, and more.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison with the Public Sector sales team for K12 and higher education marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns and promotions that align with business objectives, including setup, pre‑ and post‑analysis (lift & ROI), and reporting results internally and externally.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel marketing initiatives.
  • Develop metrics and measures to track Logitech’s share of partner education revenue, progress toward capturing additional share, and program results, and provide these metrics to channel account managers and leadership quarterly.
  • Leverage relationships with education‑specific vendors and marketing agencies to scale, create efficiencies, and innovate in marketing programs and tactics.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on the needs of the Public Sector market and how they benefit Logitech.
Regional Responsibilities
  • Utilize market data, customer feedback, and channel inputs to articulate to the Education Business Accelerator Group the marketing content, campaign, and product requirements and the potential revenue impact of meeting those needs.
